1. Shipping Locations

We currently ship Australia-wide, with a focus on fast and reliable service to customers located on the Gold Coast and in Brisbane.

2. Processing Time

Orders are typically processed within 1–2 business days (excluding weekends and public holidays) after payment is received. You will receive an email confirmation once your order has been shipped.

3. Shipping Methods & Delivery Times

• Standard Shipping: 2–6 business days (depending on your location)
• Express Shipping: 1–3 business days (available at checkout)

Please note: delivery times are estimates and may vary due to carrier delays, public holidays, or remote locations.

4. Shipping Costs

Shipping rates are calculated at checkout based on your delivery address and the weight of your order. Orders over a certain amount may qualify for free shipping — please see current offers at checkout.

5. Tracking Information

All orders are shipped with tracking. Once your order has been dispatched, you will receive an email with a tracking number and link so you can monitor your delivery.

6. Delivery Issues

If your order has not arrived within the estimated timeframe, please contact us at your-email@example.com. We will work with the courier to resolve the issue quickly.

7. Damaged or Lost Packages

If your item arrives damaged or is lost in transit, please notify us within 7 days of delivery. We will investigate the issue and provide a suitable resolution, which may include a replacement or refund.

8. PO Boxes & Parcel Lockers

We ship to PO Boxes and Parcel Lockers using Australia Post. Please ensure your address is complete and accurate to avoid delays.

9. International Shipping

At this stage, we do not offer international shipping. We only ship within Australia.
